An Intimate, Rustic Wedding at Springhill Pavilion in Belgrade, Montana

Talk about doing it yourself! Hilary (31 and a nurse) and Walt (31 and a machinist), with the help of their family and friends, made everything from the floral arrangements to the centerpieces to the cake for their day—and we're impressed. Wanting a space that was naturally gorgeous on its own, Hilary and Walt chose Springhill Pavilion in Belgrade, Montana. "I had been to a few weddings up at Springhill," Hilary says. "I felt as if it encompassed Montana to a T. With the old dance hall, amazing views of mountains surrounding Bozeman, the swing sets for our nieces and nephews and the great people who run it, we couldn't go wrong." They were sure to incorporate both of their roots—Hilary's Montana heritage and Walt's Georgia background—into the day with cheesy grits and tenderloin for dinner and both huckleberry and peach ice cream for dessert to represent the North and South. How cute and creative is that? Hilary and Walt's amazing friends from Roost Fried Chicken catered the event, and another friend provided all the beer and wine. "Man, we have great friends," Hilary says. There is much to love about this gray, yellow and ivory wedding.
