An Intimate, Modern Wedding at Melt Restaurant in Center Valley, Pennsylvania

Gabrielle Katsaros (25 and an account and project administrator) and Shawn Waldenmayer (28 and a marine) planned an intimate, modern wedding in just six weeks. The couple had their wedding on the rooftop at Melt Restaurant in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. "The space made it feel like we were having a destination wedding," Gabrielle says. Gabrielle and Shawn used the outdoor area of the roof for their ceremony. Guests were invited to sit on the casual lounge seating as they watched the couple get married. The altar area was flanked by two cascading flower arrangements with coral roses, hydrangeas, ferns and greenery. The cocktail hour and reception followed indoors. Escort cards were attached to lightbulb-shape drink bottles that doubled as wedding favors. For the modern celebration, Gabrielle wore a strapless ivory lace wedding dress with a sweetheart neckline and styled her hair up for the day. She carried a bouquet of peach garden roses, white lisianthus, succulents and burlap accents. Shawn wore a gray suit with a striped gray and gold tie.
