An Intimate, Italian-Inspired Wedding at Candoro Marble Building in Knoxville, Tennessee

Everything about the Candoro Marble Building in Knoxville, Tennessee, reminded Erika Clark (27 and a retinal photographer) and Travis Oelrich (32 and a telecom contractor) of being in Italy—especially the ornate stone architecture of the building, the al fresco dining area and surrounding Italian cypress trees. That’s why they got married here, beginning with an intimate ceremony outdoors in front of the historic house. Erika and Travis’s palette played off the venue, with neutral hues of ivory and gold. Vibrant flowers by the Flower Pot added bright pops of rich jewel tones to the decor. At the reception, Erika and Travis’s 80 guests enjoyed a candlelight dinner under a canopy of string lights and star lanterns, followed by dancing into the night to Motown tunes from their DJ. Erika and Travis had so much fun, they passed up their sparkler exit to keep the celebration going! See the pretty details, captured by Runawayalice Photography.
