An Industrial, Boho Wedding at Blanc in Denver, Colorado

In search of a “blank slate” venue equipped with ample indoor and outdoor space, Caitlin Eberly (24 and a nutritional therapy practitioner) and Stuart Crowell (24 and a real estate agent) booked Blanc in Denver’s River North neighborhood. “We wanted our wedding to have the energy of a big party with all our favorite people on a warm summer night,” Caitlin says. Rustic wood slabs lined the makeshift aisle made from layered rugs, and the inviting ceremony setup got an industrial upgrade with copper bistro chairs. “We didn’t want anything to feel too put together,” she says. The couple exchanged vows in a semi-circle of pampas grass and greenery. Caitlin’s hunt for her dream dress didn’t take long: “I wore the very first gown I tried on,” she says. A boho flower crown was a must, and she accessorized with blush heels, a diamond necklace and a rose gold bracelet gifted by her bridesmaids on the morning of her “I dos.” Local cider and kombucha were served, and dessert came in the form of a gluten-free cake filled with tart lime custard. Later on, guests took home mason jars filled with homemade granola straight from Stuart’s family’s kitchen. “We had a blast making the favors together before the wedding,” Caitlin says.
