Everything about the Wisconsin wedding of Jenna Boll and Tom Butrym has us seriously enchanted. They wanted their celebration to bring the sparkle of Lake Michigan inside, and event planner Evenements helped them accomplish just that. Their Milwaukee, Wisconsin, wedding unfolded in the magnificent Milwaukee Art Museum, which is nothing short of breathtaking. With a color theme of platinum, silver and uplighting in lavender and blue (their favorite colors), the atmosphere inside the museum is one their 300 guests won’t soon forget. They decorated the room in an abundance of mirrors, lanterns, candles and—of course—sparkles, which covered everything from the dramatic drapery around the room to the table linens. Their florist, Impressions by Esther, nailed it with over-the-top arrangements bursting from Lucite and crystal vases. Even the wedding cake by Le Cakery fit seamlessly into the picture—the rhinestones around each tier matched everything else in the room. But that’s not all: Jenna and Tom had plenty of extra treats for their guests, including a candy bar, mini sliders, fries and even a pastry display. It was the grand reveal that Jenna tells us she’ll never forget. One of her favorite moments was when the sheer draping was pulled back and the guests were escorted into the main room for dinner. “You could hear a collective gasp as the guests saw the room for the first time. It was so beautiful,” she says. We agree! Just take a look at these photos by Front Room Photography and see what we mean.

Jenna couldn't find the bridesmaid dresses she envisioned, so she custom-ordered them in platinum. It had a bodice covered in rhinestones, which trailed down into a flowing platinum silver skirt. The color provided a neutral canvas for the blue, pink and lavender flowers in the bridesmaid bouquets.
White lounge furniture with platinum, silver and white pillows provided spots for guests to relax in style. Lanterns and candles placed around the seating areas and on Lucite tables illuminated the sparkly drapery in the backdrop.
Dramatic uplighting created an ultra-romantic ambience in the art museum's main room. This view framed one of Jenna's favorite moments: "When the sheer draping was pulled back and the guests were escorted into the main room for dinner... You could hear a collective gasp as the guests saw the room for the first time," Jenna says. "I will never forget that moment."
Jenna brought in her own furniture to decorate the Milwaukee Art Museum. For an extra touch, she embellished each mirror with decals, monograms and quotes to make them look like pieces of artwork.
The escort card table mirrored the look of the rest of the wedding. Black-and-white cards with formal script sat atop Lucite display boxes on a metallic table. Vibrant pink and purple flowers and tea candles enhanced the display.
Instead of one head table, Jenna and Tom had three. The trio of rectangular tables, covered in platinum linens with white embellished overlays, reflected the light from the chandeliers suspended over each table. The tables were slightly elevated on stages and surrounded with elegantly draped structures.
Bursting arrangements of orchids, roses and antique hydrangeas sprouted from tall Lucite stands with hanging crystals. These florals added a vibrant pop of color to the sparkly platinum silver dining tables surrounded by silver chiavari chairs.
A formal gold-bordered charger and black-and-white menu waited at each place setting, tucked into a platinum napkin. An embellished rhinestone piece on each place setting incorporated the Lake Michigan sparkle that Jenna envisioned. Mika, the Milwaukee Art Museum's chef, created a menu beyond Jenna and Tom's expectations, which included filet mignon, salmon and chicken, all cooked to perfection.
Jenna danced and twirled the night away in her Amore dress by Kenneth Pool. Like the Milwaukee Art Museum, the gown had a bodice with softly structured lines, a waist with rhinestone embellishments and soft white and tulle canvas skirt that completed the piece of art.
Le Cakery created this four-tier ivory confection. A rhinestone border around each tier echoed the sparkles around the room, and a "B" cake topper tied it all together. A few fuchsia flowers on top added a pop of color.
Jenna and Tom brought in macarons and pastries from their favorite local pastry shop for their after-hours sweets table. But that's not all: They also gave their guests liqueur-filled chocolates to go with their after-dinner drinks.
Jenna and Tom had plenty of extra snacks for their guests. We can't get over this display of french fries and mini sliders. Who knew mini fry cups on a metallic tiered display could turn this snack into chic?
Jenna and Tom's wedding at Milwaukee Art Museum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was everything they imagined and more. "The art museum was the only venue that offered everything we were looking for: Lake Michigan and city views, full and private use of the venue, indoor and outdoor event space, in-house exceptional catering and a blank canvas on which to create our own sense of style," Jenna says.
