An Emerald Green Wedding at Panorama Farms in Earlysville, Virginia

Regina Dube (28 and a copywriter) gave her bridesmaids three key words to use in picking their dress styles: emerald, romantic and vintage. These key words sum up the entire style of her wedding to Richard Lilgeberg (36 and works at General Motors). The bridesmaids' varied green dresses set the color palette for the decor at the wedding. This included the lush green bouquet of green trick dianthus and Queen Anne's lace that Regina carried and the simple arrangements of ferns at the ceremony altar. The focal point at the rustic wedding, however, was the elaborate string-light canopy that was strung from wooden beams in the barn at Panorama Farms, where Regina and Rich were married. This showstopping element beautifully illuminated the space, and since it was so dramatic, there was little else that Regina and Rich needed to do to spruce up the barn. But all eyes were on Regina as she entered through the draped doorway in a trumpet-style Melissa Sweet dress and a fingertip veil. She accessorized her look with a statement necklace from BaubleBar and wore her hair in an intricate half-updo. Rich was waiting for her at the altar in a classic black tuxedo and tie, and his groomsmen stood beside him in the same black tuxedos and black bow ties. Judging by the huge smiles on their faces, no one would have guessed that Regina and Rich's original plan to be married outdoors at the farm had been disrupted by the rain. Nick Davis Photography was there to capture all the beautiful details at this cozy barn wedding.
