An Elegant Wedding at the Denver Athletic Club in Denver, Colorado

Jessica and Brian had a tough time searching for a wedding venue in Denver in March. "The weather that time of year is all over the place," Jessica says. So when it came time to have a showing for the Denver Athletic Club, she and Brian were just "going through the motions." But then, they heard the magic words: bowling alley. "It might sound silly, but it changed everything for me," she says. "Instantly, I got excited and it felt like the perfect spot for us. The gorgeous grand ballroom for the reception, a smaller, more intimate room with rich dark wood accents for the ceremony and the bowling alley to surprise our guests with as an after party — absolute perfection."  Event planner Table 6 Productions expounded on that vision with a color palette of navy blue, peach, burgundy and metallics, perfectly executed by  floral designers Newbury Brothers, Inc, who also incorporated garden roses in a tribute to Jessica's grandmother.  "I was very adamant about having some garden roses in my bouquet because the smell reminds me of the rose garden my grandmother used to have," says Jessica.
