An Elegant Wedding at the BallenIsles Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

After two years of planning, Taylor Welch, a general manager, 25, and Jon Paul Fritz, a chiropractor and business owner, 32, had an elegant wedding in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. With a light color palette of blush, champagne and other shades of pink, floral arrangements served as the couple’s main decor for the day. Taylor and Jon Paul had a traditional ceremony the St. Patrick Church. Each pew was decorated with bouquets of white orchids, hydrangeas and blush garden roses tied with a white tulle bow. After they were wed, the couple and their guests moved on to the BallenIsles Country Club for a cocktail hour and reception. They enjoyed various hors d'oeuvres, a pink signature cocktail, The Blushing Bride, that was personally selected by Taylor and a live saxophonist played a selection by Coldplay, Jack Johnson and other artists in the background. The reception was decorated in shades of white, ivory, champagne and blush with lush tall and low floral arrangements of hydrangea, garden roses, roses, lilies of the valley and tulips at each table. The couple also had a DJ play during the reception. "Although the wedding was formal, we are a laid back couple," says Taylor. Her and Jon Paul's personality was reflected in their wedding favors of flip flops, sunglasses and personalized drink cozies.
