An Elegant Wedding at the Grand in Baltimore, Maryland
The Grand, formerly Grand Historic Venue, delivers exactly what its former name suggests: a grand space with a historic twist. The stunning hall had been the Freemasons' Grand Lodge. It was exactly what Erin Iwanicki (28 and a national account manager) and Bradley Zisow (38 and the owner of Bradley Images) wanted for their wedding. "We loved its character," Erin says. To decorate the Grand, which features vaulted ceilings, pillared archways and candelabra chandeliers, Erin and Brad used pink and purple uplighting to add some color to the room. They also had a gobo project their names onto one of the walls of the venue. The center of the room was reserved for the dance floor, and surrounding it were alternating round and square dining tables with silver chiavari chairs. The elegant centerpieces at the reception were made up of dome-shape flower arrangements with white hydrangeas and pink roses on top of gold candelabras. To match their luxurious decor, Erin and Brad dressed to the nines. Erin wore a lace fit-and-flare Enzoani dress by and royal blue Manolo Blahnik heels. Brad wore a crisp black tuxedo with a white bow tie. Bradley Images captured the day.
