Mutual friends introduced Katie Courtney (26 and a physician assistant) and Seth Tucker (28 and a physician assistant) at a pool party. After graduate school, the pair moved to Southern Georgia and Seth proposed on the Pebble Hill Plantation's front porch—where they later said their vows. Guests were invited to witness their romantic lawn ceremony followed by an equally elegant cocktail hour at the stable courtyard and a rustic reception at the UNO Hill barn. Katie's soft yellow, mint and blush color palette was inspired by their spring wedding date and enhanced by her pastel garden rose and hydrangea flower arrangements. The 22 reception tables were decorated with three different tablescapes: large lanterns circled with flowers, silver urns filled with a soft arrangement and tall silver candelabras. "Our wedding reflected our personal style as a couple because it wasn't flashy—just simple and beautiful," says Katie.

Katie wanted an ivory gown that would enhance her plantation venue's southern charm. The strapless dress had lace detailing on the skirt and champagne beading on the fitted bodice. s
