An Elegant Outdoor Wedding With a Rustic Twist at Triunfo Creek Vineyards in Agoura Hills, California

The spacious lawn at Triunfo Creek Vineyards in Agoura Hills, California, was the perfect fit for this elegant wedding with a rustic twist, which was filled with yard games, socializing near the bar and dancing. “Kyle and I grew up in beautiful places with summers that were filled with nature and being outdoors at cabins on lakes,” Christina Johnson (24 and in sales) says of her marriage to Kyle Komen (25 and in entertainment). “It was important to us for people to feel at home and be able to let loose.” The ceremony took place at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church in Westlake Village, California, where black-and-white wedding programs were passed out that reflected the simple, traditional event, beautifully captured by William Innes Photography. Guests filtered out of the church and headed to the vineyard reception, where wooden dining tables and chairs were decorated with neutral-color flower centerpieces. Seating assignments framed in a variety of elegant gold frames were arranged on a rustic table and guided friends and families to their seats, thanks to the assistance of Kristeen LaBrot Events. “Although it is a bigger expense, hire a wedding planner, especially if both the bride and groom are working full time,” Christina says. “Our wedding planner, Kristeen, saved my mental sanity throughout the wedding-planning process.” What was our favorite detail at this love fest?
