For Nicole Piperidis (29 and a nurse) and Jeremy Robbins (32 and a physician), finding a venue that could host an outdoor affair was at the top of their must-have list. "We both wanted to feel like our wedding represented us, what we value and how we like to spend our time," Nicole says. So the Estate at Moraine Farm in Beverly, Massachusetts, ended up being perfect—a family friend officiated a short, personal ceremony on the lawn by the teahouse, then guests moved to an outdoor tented reception for dinner and dancing. The bride chose a light, spring-inspired palette of white, green and blush and an understated decorative approach that involved white linens, tealights and petite centerpieces of pale pink roses. "We wanted something simple without a lot of frills, to feed people good food and hear good music," Nicole says. "It was perfectly simple."—Michelle Thomas

Nicole wore nude satin heels from Badgley Mischka for her first-look photos, then secretly changed into white Tory Burch flip-flops to wear down the aisle under her long gown. "I'm not a heels girl," she says.
The bride's gold and crystal dangling drop earrings were a bit of a splurge, but Nicole wanted jewelry that would stand out against her long hair, which she wore down.
Nicole's dress was a fitted lace style from Theia with delicate straps.
The florist painted a birdcage green as a holder for the wedding cards.
Nicole paired her fitted lace Theia gown with a delicate cathedral-length veil.
The groom accessorized his black suit with Allen Edmonds leather shoes and a striped salmon tie.
Nicole and Jeremy chose their venue for its beautiful outdoor landscape. "We both love being out in nature," she says.
Nicole's bouquet was a full arrangement of white and pale pink garden roses.
The bride had her bridemaids select their own dress styles, all in navy blue chiffon from the Dessy Group.
The couple's ceremony took place on the lawn at the Estate at Moraine Farm in Beverly, Massachusetts, with a teahouse in the background.
Nicole's father built the ceremony's ceremonial chuppah as a nod to the groom's Jewish heritage.
The couple included rituals of Catholicism (a unity candle) and Judaism (the breaking of the glass) in their ceremony.
After the 20-minute ceremony, the wedding festivities moved to a tented outdoor reception.
The couple offered signature cocktails for each of them: The Marriage Counselor, a bourbon cocktail for Jeremy, and the Blushing Bride, a light vodka cocktail for Nicole.
"The cake was probably the most important thing to my husband," Nicole says. The couple's simple white tiered cake was flavored orange pistachio and came from a Boston-area bakery.
The couple chose simple, minimal decor of white linens, tealights, and small centerpiece arrangements of pink roses for their tented outdoor reception at the Estate at Moraine Farm in Beverly, Massachusetts.
Nicole and Jeremy made sure to honor Nicole's Greek heritage by including some of the country's traditional music and customs, such as the reception money dance.
To kick things off on a fun note, Nicole and Jeremy choreographed a salsa dance for their introduction to the reception.
The groom's best friend's brother, a professional wedding DJ, spun tunes that kept the guests dancing all night.
