An Elegant Outdoor Wedding at Rockwood Park Carriage House in Wilmington, Delaware

Even though Christine Tate (31 and a medical device engineer) and Jason Marr (32 and a software developer) live in California, they held their wedding in Delaware, close to their families and childhood friends (Christine is from Delaware and Jason is from Pennsylvania). On Christine's sister's suggestion, the couple held their wedding at the Rockwood Park Carriage House in Wilmington, Delaware, with its gorgeous stonework style. A palette of royal blue, sage green and silver gave the wedding an elegant look without being too formal. A standout detail? The cake pinata! "Neither of us are big fans of cake, but we're big fans of fun. So instead of a traditional wedding cake, we had a cake-shaped pinata. Leslie Barbaro Photography was incredibly excited when we told her about her about the idea and we got some fantastic shots of us taking swings," Christine says. Check out more photos, below.
