An Elegant Industrial Wedding with Rustic Flair at King Plow Arts Center in Atlanta, Georgia

Kraft paper accents and DIY details lent a decidedly rustic feel to Cameron Smith (29 and an MBA student) and Jacob Richard’s (29 and an associate producer) industrial venue.

The couple used verdant greenery with very few flowers to help accomplish a look they both describe as “elegant crafty.” “Our style really allowed our guests to let loose and have a good time,” Jacob says. “It was clear we were all there to have fun.”

Dozens of candlelit centerpieces illuminated the brick-lined space.

Cameron wrote out all of the escort cards by hand, while Jacob designed the ceremony programs himself. “We downloaded a free font online and incorporated it throughout almost everything,” Jacob says. “We did as much DIY as we could, since it added a personal and crafty touch while also saving us money.”

The couple dished out carrot, chocolate, vanilla and churro-flavored cupcakes.
