An Elegant Hotel Wedding at Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade in Ohio

With a historic Cleveland landmark as their backdrop, Sarah Grace (27 and a pharmacist) and Josh Wasko (27 and an engineer) hosted an unforgettable affair filled with gold accents and a refined palette of navy, marsala, blush and green. “We wanted the day to feel like an intimate celebration rather than an enormous bash,” Sarah says of their 99-person guest list. “The décor had to be warm and classic without feeling too over-the-top or uncomfortable.” Sarah carried a bouquet of dahlias accented with seeded eucalyptus. Antique hydrangeas lined the length of the ceremony aisle, while clusters of verdant greenery transformed the ornate reception space. “The room looked like an enchanted garden,” Sarah says of the hotel’s interior, which boasts an 85-foot-high skylight and 1,800 panes of glass. “It was magical.” The couple’s modest confection included layers of chocolate hazelnut and white almond cake.
