An Elegant, Historic Wedding at Gallery 17 Event Center and Plaza in San Diego, California
Sara Livingston (27 and a mortgage consultant associate) and Hank Vincent (26 and a CPA) met their senior year at the University of Idaho. After graduating and dating for about a year, the couple moved to San Diego together with their careers in mind. Sara and Hank were hiking the cliffs at the Glider Point in La Jolla, California. While they were at a point that overlooked the ocean, Hank proposed to Sara who said yes without hesitation. The Gallery 17 Event Center and Plaza in San Diego, California had the perfect indoor-outdoor space for the couple’s wedding that could comfortably fit their 100 guests. The elegant wedding had a peach, navy and ivory color palette that was seen in the flower arrangements and wedding party attire. Sara walked down the outdoor ceremonial aisle wearing a strapless ivory dress accented in lace with a corset back, which was designed by Watters. Hank wore a navy suit purchased from Jones New York with a white satin tie, along with a navy pair of nautical socks that the groomsmen had as well. “The reception being filled with laughter, dancing, food and fun was the best reflection of us,” says Sara. “We hold so much love for our family and friends, wanting to spoil them with food, drink and a wonderful evening while celebrating our love was crucial to the both of us!”
