fall wedding in a stained-glass-filled space downtown. Navy and gold accents reflected the sophisticated vibe of the venue's grand staircase, where the couple said their vows. Both grooms added flair to their blue suits, with Nick donning a navy jacket with a black lapel and Stephen rocking a paisley print, suede jacket. The eight "groomsgirls," as the couple called them, wore elegant, lace-topped gowns. "It was important to show our guests how special the city of Orlando was to us," Nick says.—Ginger Harris

Navy and Gold Wedding Invitation
With both grooms wearing shades of blue, it seemed only fitting the bridal party do the same. "We found a beautiful navy dress for the girls that was extremely complimenting to each," Stephen says.
Fall-inspired accents included twine-wrapped boutonnieres made from mango calla lilies. "We wanted to embrace the season as much as we could," Nick says.
“I knew I wanted to wear a blue suit, and ended up finding one I loved from Original Penguin with a black lapel," Nick says. "As a retail buyer, I specialize in eyewear and watches, so it was important to have a fun watch on the big day." He selected an Automatic Black from Nixon.
"I wanted to wear something that expressed my personality, but I couldn’t find anything in stores that I was in love with," Stephen says. "I ended up getting a custom-made navy suede jacket with an imprinted paisley pattern," Stephen says. He and Nick both wore bow ties that matched their suits.
"After looking at many venues, we determined that the Orchid Garden at Church Street had everything we were looking for," Nick says of the Orlando venue. "The character and charm of the building really is captivating and makes a statement."
“We wanted the entrance foyer to feel warm and inviting, while showcasing our personalities," Stephen says. "I like to build and create things, so we made two signs out of reclaimed farmhouse windows." He sanded them and painted the glass gold, while Nick did the artwork and writing.
"Both of us are mama's boys," Nick says. "We knew we wanted them to be involved in walking us down the aisle.”
Using the venue's grand staircase to say their vows, Nick and Stephen outfitted it in draping garland, which was repurposed at the reception at Orchid Garden at Church Street in Orlando, Florida.
"After the wedding, we walked back to the hotel alone to reflect on the night and enjoy some one-on-one time," Stephen says.
Fans of the popular Moscow Mule drink, Nick and Stephen received copper mule mugs from a friend to use for the night.
Navy and burlap linens topped round reception tables along with rustic centerpieces that incorporated manzanita branches and glass votives.
Deciding against a traditional wedding cake, the two opted for a dessert bar, complete with red velvet cupcakes outfitted in top hats and bow ties.
Flower arrangements on top of wooden slabs with lanterns repurposed from the ceremony served as one of the two floral arrangements at the reception at Orchid Garden at Church Street in Orlando, Florida.
The couple took to the dance floor for their first dance when "Adore You" by Miley Cyrus began to play. "It’s a meaningful song and it was our favorite concert that we attended together,” Nick says.
