An Elegant Country Wedding at Elmwood Gardens in Palestine, Texas

Allie Cooke (25 and a sales representative) and Chad Cooke (27 and a drafter) brought elegance to the country at their super-romantic Texas wedding. Their day unfolded at Elmwood Gardens in Palestine, Texas—the perfect venue for their glam style mixed with rustic touches—which they enhanced with lace draping, crystal chandeliers and plenty of pink details. Their florist, La Tee Da, created Allie’s seriously stunning cascading bouquet full of lush roses and orchids that defined the day's atmosphere. They also added bold pink flower arrangements to the pergola where Allie and Chad said “I do” at their outdoor ceremony, and added more pops of pink to the dining tables inside the reception barn. Fatt Apple Catering was definitely a highlight, and provided sweet Southern homestyle cooking (think chicken fried steak and jalapeno-cheddar macaroni and cheese with iced tea and lemonade).
