A Beach-Themed Wedding at The Gasparilla Inn in Boca Grande, Florida

JRay Hochfield, a restaurant owner, 28, and Adam Lieberman, also a restaurant owner, 28, had an elegant beach-themed wedding accented with neutral tones in Boca Grande, Florida. For a personal touch, their venue, The Gasparilla Inn, was just a two-hour drive away from where they became engaged. JRay and Adam had a traditional Jewish ceremony overlooking the water from the Inn's beach club. Large white paper lanterns hung from the ceiling as their ivory fabric-draped huppah was accented with ivory garden roses, dusty miller and a starfish details. After the ceremony, the couple and their guests moved poolside for a reception. White linen-covered round tables, string lighting, white lanterns as well as white and pink floral accents filled the space. Each guest was directed to his or her seat with a turquoise starfish-accented seating chart and welcome to switch their shoes for colorful flip-flops. JRay and Adam's dinner menu was an especially important detail for the bride. "I always dreamed about having barbecue at my wedding!" says JRay. "I knew that when I got married I wanted it to be different than your typical steak and lobster dinner. I wanted my wedding to be a fun party and not so serious!" A traditional two-tier white wedding cake as well as a dessert buffet of cobbler and tequila key lime tarts were available for dessert. JRay and Adam enlisted the help of Jay Goodley Entertainment and ended their night with a memorable party. "Every wedding guest was on that dance floor!" she says.
