An Artful, Anthropologie-Inspired Wedding at The Greens at North Hills in Little Rock, Arkansas

A palette of eye-catching, citrusy tones; painterly décor elements; and bright, colorful blooms lent Katie Cox and Tyler Cooper’s personality-packed wedding a playful, modern vibe.

“I wanted to create a cozy, eclectic setting that still felt very elegant and fun,” Katie says. “I took a lot of inspiration from hand-painted dishware from Anthropologie.”

The light-filled banquet hall at The Greens at North Hills was a blank canvas for the couple to make their own. Katie and Tyler brought their vision to life with vibrantly patterned dinnerware, gilded accents, watercolor place cards, and arrangements of full garden roses and cascading greenery that lit up the picture-perfect tablescapes.

DIY touches were woven throughout, including a painted canvas backdrop for the head table the couple made together, as well as a reclaimed wood welcome sign that greeted guests as they arrived to the spring soiree. Even the cake table was a labor of love: “Our cake table was a family heirloom built by my great uncle in 1947 as a wedding gift to my parents. When my mom was a little girl, it was the family kitchen table for years!”

After dinner, guests were treated to an ice cream truck and tunes performed live by Travis Kidd that kept the dance floor jam-packed late into the night.
