Annie Rush and Jesse Ford wed at a family summer camp in North Carolina. They sent out simple neutral-colored invitations with modern calligraphy, which hinted at the classic and alternative elements of the big day.  For example, instead of a white wedding gown, Annie donned a black floor-length dress with colorful flower details. She wore her short blonde hair in a wavy down style, and she accessorized with red lipstick and black high heels. Jesse donned a black suit and maroon tie that coordinated perfectly. The outdoor ceremony took place underneath a wooden wedding arch covered in moody arrangements of deep red flowers. Guests sat on wooden benches and the wedding party (dressed in jewel-toned attire) stood alongside the couple. The indoor reception continued the simple aesthetic with white tablecloths, neutral-colored place settings and simple centerpieces of red roses. A dessert table boasted a display of various pies, and Annie and Jesse shared a first dance to a bluegrass band underneath twinkling string lights.
