The very day after that meeting, each was headed out on a lengthy vacation -- but upon their return, Scott, 30, invited Amy, 29, to a party, and as she says, the rest is history. Two years later, the couple was visiting friends in Buffalo, New York, when Scott convinced Amy to take a helicopter ride over Niagara Falls. During the ride, Scott leaned over and said, 'You know, the story of how we met is boring -- how would you like to tell people we got engaged in a helicopter flying over Niagara Falls?' Amy recalls. Of course, she said yes!
