After-Dinner Cookie Bar
Both vegetarians, Kristin and Anna knew they wanted to serve an all-vegetarian menu. Local, seasonal fare was also a must for the pair, which led them to Something Elegant. The creative catering team whipped up a delectable progression of vegetarian fare, including fig, goat cheese, rosemary and caramelized onion flatbreads and corn cakes with peach jam and crème fraiche for cocktail hour and asparagus and goat cheese lasagna with herb-roasted tomato and carrots for dinner. “All of the food was so fresh and delicious. You could tell it was made with great care from ingredients we felt good about,” says Anna. “We won over many meat eaters!”
