A Winter-Inspired Wedding at Grand Hyatt Denver in Denver, Colorado

Inspired by the winter season and Anya’s Russian heritage, Anya (24 and a resident physician) and Darren (33 and works in veterinary sales) decided to have a stunning winter wedding combining both of their cultures. The couple had their ceremony in two languages—English and Russian—and even said their vows twice! They also named the reception tables after famous Russian sites, had the ring bearer carry a traditional Russian Matryoshka doll for the rings, printed Matryoshka-shaped escort cards and used Lomonosov Cobalt Net pattern, found on traditional Russian china, throughout the decor including in the white, blue and gold color palette. Kelsey at the Colorado Wedding Company worked with Anya and Darren to bring all the snowflake details and Christmas ornament decor together for a look we can’t help but love. “We would highly recommend Colorado Wedding Company to any couple in Colorado,” Anya says. “They are phenomenal—professional, organized, fun, personable and a true pleasure to work with.” Since Anya and Darren decided to get married in the winter, they chose a venue in downtown Denver for easy transportation. But they still wanted a space that would highlight Colorado's true beauty. The Pinnacle Room at the Grand Hyatt Denver was perfect with its 38th-floor views of more than 10,000 miles of snowcapped peaks and prairie through the oversize windows. There are so many details we love! See them all, beautifully captured by Brinton Studios, below.
