A Winter Barn Wedding at Wildberry Farm in Marion, South Carolina
Hannah Middleton (22 and a dental hygienist) and Zach Hayes (24 and a career specialist and football coach) met in Myrtle Beach while still in school, where they bonded over their similar backgrounds and common interests. After about three years together, Zack proposed on the waterfront at Ocean Isle, North Carolina with a custom-designed engagement ring. They got married six months later with a glittery winter wedding theme at Wildberry Farm in Marion, South Carolina. The couple decided on a winter wedding to accommodate Zach's football schedule (coincidentally, both of their fathers are football coaches, too!). Hannah wore a strapless, A-line Mori Lee wedding dress that she customized with long lace sleeves and a an off-the-shoulder neckline, explaining, "Being the person I am, I couldn't have something someone else could potentially have." Her bridesmaids wore both long and short, mismatched, mint-colored dresses, while the groom and his groomsmen wore dark gray suits with pine cone boutonnieres. Most of the flowers incorporated pine and pine cone accents, but Hannah had a classic white bouquet with calla lilies, peonies, and hydrangeas, along with a few silvery leaves. Hannah and Zach got married in the barn under a doorway decorated with a pine garland. They served a delicious barbecue dinner before cutting into a three-tier white wedding cake decorated with pine cones and sparkly silver flowers. Everything went off without a hitch, as Hannah says, "We wanted everyone to lay back, relax, and put on their dancing shoes, and they did just that!"
