Marisa and Eric choose a woodsy, whimsical theme, which fit their Camp Mack venue perfectly. We wanted the overall look and feel to be “us,” which is one of the things people often mention about our wedding day, Marisa says.

Mason jars filled with candles and small blooms decorated the reception tables.
Marisa and Eric both loved the outdoors so they knew they wanted to be married in the woods. We loved the way the ceremony location was tucked up in the woods, Marisa says.
The table numbers were displayed on handmade tags attached to glass bottles.
A large white banner was hand-painted by the couple and featured their monogrammed seal.
The boutonnieres were made up of airplants with small springs of heather.
We had a sparkler exit and then drove off in our ‘92 VW Cabriolet convertible. Tin cans and all, Marisa says.
A chalkboard sign at the ceremony let guests know they could sit wherever they liked.
The bridesmaids bouquets were a mix of eucalyptus, airplants, thistles, mums, Queen Ann's lace, fressia and heather.
Marisa's oversize bouquet was a mix of eucalyptus, airplants, thistle, mums, Queen Anne's lace and freesia. I wanted it to look big and wild, as if I had just picked it myself that morning, Marisa says.
A variety of different cakes were offered to guests in addition to the main cake.
Marisa and Eric watered a small tree for their unity ceremony.
Marisa wore her hair in a loose, natural half-updo and accented it with baby's breath.
The couple hand designed their brown menu cards. Each was decorated with a sprig of rosemary.
A large chalkboard with the couple's names and the date of the wedding was displayed at the venue.
The groomsmen wore matching shirts, vests and ties from H&M.
Marisa let the bridesmaids choose their own ivory dresses. I loved how whimsical that made them all look in the fields for our photos, Marisa says.
The handmade stationery was created from brown kraft paper.
