Jordan (23 and a seminary student) first met Brooks (24 and a seminary student) during a Halloween party at Georgia Institute of Technology. The competitive pair quickly learned through various dodge ball and soccer games that they would never beat each other, instead decided to start playing on the same team and make their relationship official. Three years later, Brooks proposed to Jordan on the campus ministry's front lawn before close friends rushed out to congratulate the pair. Jordan grew up going to the Conservatory at Waterstone for tea parties as a child but it was their all-inclusive wedding package that made this downtown Acworth, Georgia venue a must. With planning help from the conservatory, the couple enhanced their vintage organic feel with a moss green, gray and blush color palette and homemade accents. "There were a few items that added to each side of my theme," says Jordan. "My lace dress, heirloom jewelry, old family pictures and historic building all enriched the antique side while the recycled invitations, green bridesmaid dresses, and wildflower arrangements all played up the organic atmosphere."

Brooks and his groomsmen rented gray suits
from Savvi Formalwear. "The gray was a little more casual than black and not quite as 'done' as khaki," says Jordan.
Recycled Greenery Motif Wedding Invitations
To enhance her vintage feel, Jordan wore family heirloom pearl jewelry and a feather hairpiece from Etsy.
"My dress was from Carrie's Bridal Collection in
Chamblee, Georgia—it's a small boutique that shuts the doors to do private fittings for every bride that
comes in!" says Jordan. "It was so special and I was able to try on every different style they had."
