rn With their closest friends and family members in tow, Taylor Langford and Cody McKenzie jet-setted to San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, for their fabulous destination wedding at the picturesque Flora Farm. “It was different from anything I've ever seen before,” says Taylor, who works in the wedding industry in Charleston, South Carolina. “I wanted our wedding to be at a funky, rustic, boho farm covered in green and every possible color.” The venue’s lush property provided a gorgeous backdrop for the couple’s special day. Taylor and Cody exchanged vows in front of the sunflower field, followed by a delicious cocktail hour. Flora Farm served “farmaritas" (carrot margaritas), along with an array of other refreshing beverages. “They were such a cool drink to serve, and our guests raved about them,” Taylor says. Friends and family lit sparklers to illuminate the couple’s grand entrance. “We were introduced for the first time to our favorite rap song, which was hilarious. Everyone lined up, and we danced to the end, all while laughing hysterically,” the bride says. For dinner, guests dined in the farm’s mango field, which was illuminated with romantic candlelight and string bistro lights. “Our exit had to be one of the highlights of the night,” Taylor says. My parents surprised us with a beautiful white horse covered in greenery and flowers. We thought we were leaving on a golf cart. Cody grew up riding horses on his parents' farm, so this was so special to him. It was the perfect ending to the most magical night.” —Marissa Hermanson

Taylor and Cody’s vibrant turquoise palm frond wedding invitations set the tone for their relaxed nuptials at Flora Farm in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico.
Taylor accessorized her gown with a rose gold belt and Steve Madden blue suede heels as her “something blue”; her great-grandmother’s gold bracelet was her “something borrowed.”
“Flora Farm is a beautiful garden party on its own, so I wanted to keep my flowers simple yet beautiful and timeless,” says Taylor, who carried a bouquet of pink peonies, white roses, succulents, greenery and blue thistle. Her bridesmaids carried a single white rose, and the matron of honor carried a single large pink peony with white roses and greenery.
For Taylor and Cody’s relaxed outdoor ceremony, cross-back chairs were arranged in a semicircle and petals were sprinkled at the altar.

“Traveling is something I love to do, and it was a big part of our relationship, so it all just seemed perfect,” Taylor says of their nuptials at Flora Farm in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico. The newlyweds embraced their wanderlust by holding a sign that read “The Adventure Begins.”
The newlyweds’ dinner reception was held in the Flora Farm’s mango grove under a tent of string lights. “The entire farm was glowing, and we ate and drank under the stars,” the bride says. Taylor and Cory dined at a romantic sweetheart table that was embellished with greenery, pink peonies, candles and lanterns. “It might have been the dreamiest table ever!”
During cocktail hour, an array of refreshing beverages were served, including the “farmarita," a carrot margarita. “They were such cool drinks to serve, and our guests raved about them,” Taylor says.
Wooden farm tables were topped with light blue runners, rose gold chargers, blue goblets, taper candles, succulents, blooms and terrariums. “The blue vintage water goblets and blue taper candles were just some of my favorite parts of the table decor," Taylor says. "They added that extra pop of color I was looking for.”

A small cake for cutting was embellished with blooms and succulents, then topped with a “T heart C” with an arrow through it.
