Macall and Kevin Speaker planned a vibrant, nature-inspired fete to celebrate their nuptials and pay tribute to their home state of West Virginia. The pair opted for an “adventure of a lifetime” theme complete with confetti, a palette of bright colors and an outdoorsy venue as a nod to their new adventure together. The day was filled with playful handmade touches, from the wood disk centerpiece platforms cut by Macall’s father to the hand-painted vases created by the couple themselves. Hand-painted signs and corn hole boards added to the celebration’s relaxed, festive feel. Bold florals were central to the wedding’s theme and added a punch of color to the tablescapes as well as the couple’s attire. Most importantly, they tied in seamlessly with the couple’s confetti-filled ceremony exit (one of Macall and Kevin’s favorite moments). Other fun touches included the couple’s rainbow-sprinkle-topped wedding cake and a first dance to a mashup of their favorite songs.
