A Travel-Inspired Wedding at Montage Mountain Resorts in Scranton, Pennsylvania

For Katelyn McManamon (33 and a marketing manager) and Lee Borthwick (31 and an energy services leader), Montage Mountain Resorts holds many memories. It's where Katelyn's father taught her how to ski and where the couple spends time on the slopes during the winter season. "I begged the resort staff to let us have our wedding there," Katelyn says of booking the space for their October nuptials. Using various travel-inspired details like map table numbers and airplane escort cards, the couple wed in one of the resort's food courts in front of a stone fireplace surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows and smiling family members and friends. —Allie Volpe
