For their traditional, fall wedding, Rachel Messina (28 and in marketing) and Jeffrey King (28 and a sound engineer) made sure it was all about the music. “Jeff is a musician, and I am a fan,” Rachel says. “It seemed appropriate that music should be the theme.” The pros at Leaves of Grass took care of their decor so every piece hit the right note and tastefully fit together. The Downtown Club in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was filled with 45-rpm record table numbers, a phonograph escort card display and tons of candlelight wrapped in sheet music. Their live band, CTO Artists, also kept the party going. One detail that made the day even more personal was their photographer from Wide Eyed Studios. “We consider Ashley to be our ‘family photographer,' ” Rachel says. Since Ashley had shot all the important moments for the couple's friends and family members over the years, they wouldn’t have chosen anyone else.
