A Traditional Jewish Wedding at Hyatt Regency Coral Gables in Coral Gables, Florida

Rony Blattner (31 and in alumni relations) and Jeremy Shir (33 and a lawyer) wanted every part of their traditional Jewish wedding to reflect them, so they chose a venue with tons of memories and filled it with their favorite decor. “My family and I have a special connection to the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables and have enjoyed other events here in the past,” Rony says. “We wanted to have our wedding at a place that made us think of wonderful memories and experiences.” They highlighted the space in ivory, cream and blush and then filled it with flowers. The natural, branch-covered chuppah and ceremony entrance and the tiered wedding cake and escort card display were all detailed with tons of white hydrangeas and wax flowers. But it didn't end there. To make each arrangement more personalized, they covered everything in yellow or blue uplighting from the Event Factor.
