A Traditional Irish Wedding at the St. Louis City Museum in St. Louis, Missouri

Erin, 23, an academic adviser, and Mark, 25, an engineer, met in college, and Mark proposed on St. Patrick’s Day. They exchanged vows at the Shrine of St. Joseph church followed with a modern reception at the St. Louis City Museum. The museum was a former shoe factory that has been renovated into a multi-level playhouse with an airplane on the roof. The couple, proud of their Irish heritage, wanted a fun, traditional Irish wedding complete with claddagh rings, a bagpiper and an emerald green and gold color palette.
