A Traditional Chic Wedding at Harborside East in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina

A classic wedding never looked better than it did with Katie Rosa (a physician) and Aaron Schott’s (a physician) stunning wedding. With a neutral color palette, simple centerpieces and a traditional Spanish lace wedding dress, the couple nailed the day's theme. They started with a traditional ceremony at St. Luke's Chapel in Charleston, South Carolina, which Katie and Aaron chose for its stunning vaulted wooden ceilings and traditional red stained-glass windows. Loving the natural beauty of the church, they kept their decor to a minimum. Textured plum table linens and a variety of lush, white centerpieces added a pop of color and romance to their beautiful vintage-inspired venue: Harborside East in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Event planner Emily Weidle from Breeze worked with the couple to bring all the details to life and ensure the couple got hitched without a hitch. We love the gorgeous neutral-colored floral arrangements from Whitney Randall from Branch Design Studio, which brought the outside in to the waterfront venue. Our favorite part, though, was Katie’s Spanish lace wedding dress with a scooped back and elbow-length sleeves. The A-line silhouette hugged her curves while still allowing her to move at the reception. See all our favorite details, beautifully captured by Richard Bell Photography, below.
