A Timeless, Black-Tie Wedding at Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus, New Jersey

Black and white are striking on their own, but when Mariel Healy (29 and an investment banker) and Colin Breslin (30 and an engineer) added gold, it brought a new spice to the mix. Together with Pretty Little Details, they covered their church and Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus, New Jersey, with standout decor in nothing but those hues. As 160 guests poured into Our Lady of Mount Carmel church, the couple made sure its ornate gold altar served as the focal point. Lines of white lilies from Karma Floral and Event Design along the aisle pointed toward the massive metallic structure. During the reception, Mariel and Colin's wedding party stole everyone’s attention in chic black Monique Lhuillier dresses and dapper black shawl collar tuxedos. (We would definitely wear those floor-length looks!) But what tied everything together were their favors. Mariel and Colin showed their New York pride and sent guests home with black-and-white cookies from a Brooklyn, New York, sweet shop.
