A Sweet Pink and White Wedding at the Caramel Room in St. Louis, Missouri

Melissa Schaller (26 and in business) and Bradley Siedle (29 and in the railroad industry) booked a date at the Caramel Room at Bissinger’s chocolate factory—the newest venue in St. Louis—sight unseen. “It wasn’t even open yet, but we knew it would be amazing,” Melissa says. At the grand opening, the couple “fell in love” with the space right away. “We knew we had made the right choice,” Melissa says. They chose an elegant, classic theme to go with the sophisticated elements of the space. Distinctive details included a rooftop cocktail hour, signature chocolate martinis and a dinner menu printed on a giant chocolate bar. After the first dance on the outdoor terrace, Melissa and Brad surprised guests with fireworks, a perfect end to an incredible day. —Chrissy Sorenson
