A Summer Lakeside Wedding at The Margate Resort in Laconia, New Hampshire

Melissa DeGroot (29, a Hotel Manager) and Tony DiRienzo (36, a 2nd Grade Teacher) wanted a few key elements for their wedding: an outdoor wedding on the lake under a tent, their favorite band playing all night long and a beautiful but simple theme. Thankfully, this was all achieved! The couple decided to hold their wedding on the West Lawn at the Margate Resort on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire. "We had our ceremony and reception under big white tents both overlooking the beautiful lake," Melissa says. They chose a summer-y color palette of pinks and greens to bring out the simple and elegant feel they wanted for their wedding. And finally, after their Southern style reception dinner, everyone enjoyed music from the couple's favorite live band, Jim Devlin Band!
