A Spring Wedding in Gurley, Alabama

This wedding couldn't have been more customized to Jessica Pannell (27 and a respiratory therapist) and Richard Pannell's (26 and in business) tastes. They took out months of their engagement to design, arrange and build the majority of the decor at their spring celebration. “Our own personal touches were displayed all over the wedding whether people realized it or not,” Jessica says. From the lush centerpieces in handmade wooden vases to the DIY neutral and white invitation suite, from the heart-shaped guest book board to the photo booth, every detail reflected them. They also wanted to make sure their guests felt appreciated, so each person went home with a heartfelt thank-you note on a customized koozie. “We hope that they will remember our wedding every time they use it,” Jessica says.
