A Spring, Pastel Wedding at Sonnet House in Leeds, Alabama

Alexandra Ledbetter (23 and a student) and Hunter Gaskins (23 and an officer in the US Navy) made sure every element of their spring wedding reflected them as a couple. "From the decor to our favorite foods on the menu, every guest felt it was definitely a 'Hunter and Alex' event," she says. Even the pastel palette was inspired by their favorite pink and blue hues. After a ceremony at Sonnet House in Leeds, Alabama, complete with a saber arch, they went inside for an elegant reception where everything was unique. Each rose, hydrangea and greenery-filled centerpiece from CD Florals took on a style of its own, ranging from elegant to natural. But what really caught our attention was the dessert display: They had a cookie jar bar with sugar, chocolate chip and peanut butter sweets.
