Zoe Guilford (left) and Gemma Wasley visited Savannah on a road trip, and they instantly felt an affinity for it. When they got engaged shortly after, the British couple decided to have a destination wedding at Kimpton Brice Hotel. Both brides wore modern white dresses with black straps. “We encouraged our guests to follow the Southern vintage theme but decided to do something a little different ourselves. We went monochrome with our favorite combination of black and white,” the pair says. Two flower displays, as well as a personalized black-and-white sign, anchored the casual ceremony site. At the reception, the couple had pizza and coloring books for the kids, and they served a rainbow wedding cake for everyone to enjoy.
Our favorite #MakeTradition Moment: “We enjoyed Leopold's Ice Cream after dinner—a Savannah tradition—served from a cart by some gorgeous girls outside in the moonlight,” the couple says.
