Mariz Sioson (29 and a registered nurse) and Gio Sioson’s (34 and a registered nurse) treated their guests to ocean views and a fun-filled evening of dinner and dancing for their wedding at the Olowalu Plantation House in Lahaina, Hawaii.

“Since the blue waters of Hawaii couldn’t be more perfect, we opted for pastel and neutral colors,” Mariz said of the inspiration for the day’s color palette.

After exchanging vows in a traditional Catholic ceremony, Mariz and Gio joined their guests for a waterfront reception. Pale-blue linens, inviting farm tables and wooden cross-back chairs with Provençale appeal dotted the oceanfront lawn, providing guests with breathtaking views as they wined and dined. Lush bundles of blush and ivory blooms accented with wild greenery adorned the tables, capturing the natural elegance of the setting. Custom watercolor stationery brought a personalized element to the décor.

Guests dined on sushi, pineapple cake and shaved ice under a painterly Maui sky, then danced the night away to the sound of live band Barefoot Minded.
