A Sophisticated, Bohemian Wedding at Rancho Las Lomas in Silverado, California

Melissa Christine Bantug (26 and an actress) and Dennis Geraghty’s (35 and a camera focus puller) refined, bohemian affair drew inspiration from the global details of their venue and their own home’s interior design.

“Our home has the same type of style, and I felt it best expressed who we are as a couple,” Melissa says of choosing the space. They accented it with cool tones of pink and purple, pops of gold and tons of greenery. For an extra-personal ceremony, the couple exchanged vows on a Moroccan wedding blanket from their home and ended the night by gifting their guests custom wine glasses.

Melissa donned a removable tulle skirt for the ceremony, then allowed the fitted sheath dress to shine during the reception. “I could have two looks in one wedding!” she says.

Cake flavors included sugar cookie with Nutella and tiramisu, while a dessert table featured more sweet treats like macarons and chocolate-dipped Oreos.
