A Simple Wedding at Blackthorn Club in Jonesborough, Tennessee

We love a classic Southern wedding that takes itself seriously and that’s exactly how Megan Miller (29 and a social worker) and Justin Miller’s (26 and a route specialist) wedding unfolded at Blackthorn Club in Jonesborough, Tennessee. The space facilitated all of Megan and Justin’s needs and allowed them to have an outdoor ceremony overlooking the golf course, which inspired their earthy choice of a green and navy palette. After Megan and Justin said “I do,” they wasted no time getting right to the party. They made their grand entrance in style, crashing through a "Just Married" paper banner straight out of a football game (perfect for the couple, whose friendship grew from attending a football game at the University of Tennessee). At the reception, Megan and Justin hosted a buffet-style dinner with a variety of choices, topped off by a cute cupcake display with a small cake at the top that these newlyweds are saving for their first anniversary.
