A Simple Spring Wedding at The Gardens at Great Oaks in Roswell, Georgia

On their very first date,  Sarah Pantaleo (30 and an industrial designer) and David Haverkamp (38 and an insurance broker) took their dogs for a walk at a local park. And after Dave proposed in Tuscany, the pair knew they had to find a dog-friendly wedding party to host their simple spring nuptials. "One of our must-haves was to find a place that would welcome our two dogs since they are such a big part of our family," says Sarah. The Gardens at Great Oaks in Roswell, Georgia fit the bill and guests were invited to a garden soiree followed by an understated indoor celebration. In order to create a playful and energetic vibe, the couple decided on yellow to accent their classic gray color scheme with scattered yellow daisies and baby's breath clusters. To save money, the couple made most of the decor items with the help of family, including the terrarium centerpieces, table runners and ribbon wands. "The Gardens at Great Oaks was the perfect choice for us and not only was the property gorgeous but the event coordinator, Joi Klan, went above and beyond to make the whole day magical for us!" says Sarah.
