A Simple, Rustic Wedding at Liquid Art Winery and Estate in Manhattan, Kansas

The couple’s love of wine led Laura Allison (29 and a kindergarten teacher) and Ricky Searles (32 and a contractor) to a local winery, where a rich palette of burgundy, gray and gold complemented the scenic setting. Guests gathered around as Laura and Ricky said “I do” in front of a wine barrel that served as an altar. “We wanted to keep it classic and simple,” Laura says of their affable approach to wedding planning. “The most important thing to us was committing our lives to each other.”
