A Simple, Rustic Inspired Wedding at Coolidge State Park in Plymouth, Vermont

Dakota Powell (24, an Assistant Office Manager) and Erik Coughlin (27, a Laborer) held their wedding outside at the Coolidge State Park Pavilion in Plymouth, Vermont, with stunning views of the Ascutney Mountains. Inspired by the log pavilion at Coolidge State Park with stone fireplaces, the couple went for a simple, rustic theme, with a color palette inspired by the Fall season. After a delicious pig roast dinner, the wedding party and guests had a paper lantern send off to end the day. "When the sun went down, everyone was asked to take a lantern and send it off with a wish. The sky was filled with different colored paper lanterns--it was truly a beautiful site," Dakota describes.
