Stacy Crawley (28 and an occupational therapist) and Rex Bradford (26 and a member of the US Army) met through mutual friends. After a year of dating long distance, Stacy made the move to Georgia to be closer to Rex. Rex proposed two years later, popping the question at the end of a Tough Mudder obstacle course they were participating in. The couple planned a destination affair at the Creek Club at I’On in Mount Pleasant, SC, exchanging vows in an outdoor ceremony under a majestic oak tree dripping in Spanish moss, followed by an indoor reception. Stacy and Rex opted to keep things understated, yet romantic, choosing lush, full blooms like peonies, roses and hydrangeas for their centerpieces and a muted color palette of pastels. Subtle, vintage details were incorporated throughout to play up the wedding's classic, romantic vibe, while ivory candles introduced an air of ambiance.

Stacey opted for classic elegance when it came to choosing her wedding dress. She chose a romantic lace A-line style by Casablanca, which she paired with a cathedral length veil and a 100-year-old handkerchief that belonged to her great grandmother.
For a romantic look, Stacey opted for lush, full blooms like peonies and garden roses in soft shades of pink and ivory for her bouquet.
Stacey let her bridesmaids choose their own dress style from J.Crew. Each dress was made from light airy fabric in a soft sage green hue.
Rex sported a light khaki suit for the wedding, fitting of the season, which he paired with a pale mint colored tie.
Rex added a pale yellow boutonniere to his lapel for a fresh pop of color.
Light Khaki Groomsmen Suits
The couple exchanged vows on the lawn of the Creek Club at I'On under a majestic oak tree dripping in Spanish moss.
Alternating aisles were decorated with fresh bunches of ivory hydrangeas tied together with pale pink ribbon.
To give the reception a romantic ambiance, the couple opted for soft pastel colors, lush centerpieces with full blooms and lots of warm candlelight.
"We entered the reception being silly with Rex backing it up on me as we did the 'Single Lady' dance," says Stacey. "We then danced to 'You Are the Best Thing" by Ray Lamontagne. Rex dipped me while we both laughed and shared precious moments surrounded by those we love most in the world."
The couple made their way from the reception in a blaze of brightly lit sparklers held by their family and friends.
