A Simple, Intimate Wedding at Square Jean XXIII in Paris, France
Laura Brooks (25 and photographer) and Matthew Henba (25 and works in hospitality) met while working for an airline in Denver. Both loving travel, the couple decided to get married in Paris, France, in an elopement. Just before leaving for the airport the couple sent vintage-inspired postcards to their friends and family announcing their decision, so they could follow the happy couple through social media. Laura carried a pink peony bouquet that she bought from a local florist the morning of her wedding and wore a simple A-line dress and birdcage veil. Matthew’s childhood best friend was the officiant, which was really special to the couple, and they had a wine box ceremony with a bottle of wine and love letters to each other. They had an intimate reception at Bofinger for a traditional French dinner with the couple of people that came with them.
