A Shabby Chic Wedding at World Shooting Complex in Sparta, Illinois
Kelly Henry (25 and a bartender) and Andrew Henry (27 and an accountant) wanted their wedding to be ultra classic and very shabby chic. They used a blush and gray color palette complete with lots of gold glitter, vintage dressers, birch wood and handmade paper hearts. They chose The Pour Vineyard for their ceremony for its perfect vineyard, garden feel. “We were completely surrounded by rows and rows of grapes,” Kelly says. “The Pour Vineyard is so beautiful that it wasn't necessary to over decorate.” The reception was a little less classic at the World Shooting Complex in Sparta, Illinois, which they decorated with pink linens and gold centerpieces for a touch of romance. Kristina Cipolla Photography beautifully captured all the stunning details of the day including the lush peony and rose floral arrangements from Creative Concepts. One of the best parts was Kelly’s stunning A-line Allure gown (her dream dress!), which was perfectly complemented by the gray bridesmaid dresses complete with blush statement necklaces. A tip from the bride: “Embrace the unexpected and each other's opinions. You're in this together, now and for forever. Most of all, on your wedding day, remember not to sweat the small stuff, go with the flow and soak up all the fun and love!”
