Shalie Gaskill (28 and works in strategy) and Jeremy Jonker (37 and works in mergers and acquisitions) paired rustic wooden details with glamorous gold accents for their shabby chic wedding. Shalie grew up in Dodge City, Kanas, and worked at the Boot Hill Museum throughout high school. But, what really sealed the deal was the rustic indoor and outdoor space as well as the awesome staff. Although Shalie and Jeremy didn’t have a specific color palette, they used shades of ivory, blush and gold throughout the decor with a pop of royal blue in the Badgley Mischka bridesmaid dresses. The couple exchanged vows in front of an adorable restored church that was decorated with vintage wooden double doors and a flower-adorned arbor, which were both built by Shalie’s father. After the romantic ceremony, guests were ushered into Longbranch Saloon, a replica of the original bar on Front Street, for cocktail hour. Glamorous gold centerpieces and chargers decorated the tented reception tables where the newlyweds served a seated dinner including Dodge City steaks for an ultra-local touch. Not only were guests entertained by the old west history museum and old-time photo booth, but a Nashville-based country music band, Dustin Evans and the Good Times, stole the show into the night.

The bride carried hydrangeas, ranunculus, dusty miller, roses and stock in her lush ivory bouquet.
The bridesmaids wore royal blue Badgley Mischka dresses with statement necklaces for a classic, chic look.
Shalie and Jeremy exchanged vows in front of a beautiful restored church on the Boot Hill Museum’s property.
Shalie’s father built a wooden wall with vintage double doors to give a more intimate field to the open, outdoor ceremony.

The reception tables were decorated with ivory roses, blush stock, hydrangeas and leaves for a romantic wildflower look.
Tall gold vases were filled with ivory hydrangeas, blush sweet peas and seeded eucalyptus for a lush, garden look.
Shalie and Jeremy enjoyed a two-tier ivory fondant wedding cake decorated with a white fondant bow and lace detailing on the top.
